There comes a moment in every leader’s journey when clarity arrives—sometimes it can be like a lightning bolt, and other times it is a quiet, undeniable truth.

We travel on our path with questions:

Am I on the right path?

Should I focus here or there?

What if I make the wrong choice?

And then one day, it clicks. You see your ikigai—that intersection of what you love, what you’re good at, what the world needs, and what you can be paid for—with a little more sharpness than before.

But here’s the paradox: doubt often follows even when clarity appears.

Who am I to pivot?

What if I lose what I’ve built?

What if people don’t follow me in this new direction?

The truth is, doubt is not a sign you’re on the wrong path. It’s a sign you’re stretching. Pivoting requires trusting yourself more than the comfort of what’s familiar.

I’ve recently been in this space myself. After more than 18 months of writing weekly blogs on leadership, communication, and public speaking, I realized my ikigai has sharpened: helping leaders find meaning and clarity in a world where AI is everywhere.

My mission hasn’t changed—it has deepened. I’m still here to help leaders amplify their voice and impact. But I now see that the context has shifted:

We live in an era where AI can do more than ever before, yet human leadership—grounded in trust, vision, and empathy—has never been more vital.

So, I’m pivoting.

I am moving toward a more aligned version of my purpose.

If you’ve been waiting for clarity in your path, I invite you to see your doubts not as obstacles but as signals—signals that you’re on the edge of growth.

Clarity is the compass.

Courage is the fuel.

And pivoting is the movement that brings the two together.

What pivot is waiting for you?
